Repricing

Automated repricing - react to the market in seconds

Competitor price monitoring, automated pricing rules and margin protection - in one tool.

What is repricing

Automated price adjustments based on market data

Repricing is the automated adjustment of product prices in response to competitor actions, demand shifts or purchase cost changes. In e-commerce, repricing is critical - whoever reacts faster wins.

Manually repricing hundreds or thousands of SKUs is impossible. By the time you check competitor prices and update your lists - the market has already moved again. A one-day delay can mean losing your price position in key categories.

Price Engine automates the entire process. It collects market prices, compares them with yours, proposes changes and - once approved - publishes new prices across all channels. Repricing rules run in a loop: monitoring, analysis, proposal, approval, publishing.

Unlike dedicated repricing tools, Price Engine is a complete pricing platform. Repricing is one feature alongside price lists, promotions, trade conditions and margin analytics. You do not need a separate tool for each aspect of your pricing policy.

Benefits

What repricing gives you in Price Engine

Competitor price monitoring

We collect prices from the stores and wholesalers you specify. We configure sources for your market and product range.

Automated repricing rules

Set rules: "price = competitor minus 3%, but no less than 15% margin". The system recalculates on every update.

Margin protection

Minimum margin thresholds at every level - product, category, channel. The system blocks changes that violate your limits.

Instant publishing

Approved prices reach your store, marketplace and ERP via API - in seconds, not hours.

Change history and comparisons

Full repricing history - when we changed a price, why and what the effect was. Compare your prices against the market over time.

Per-segment repricing

Different repricing strategies for different categories, brands or channels. Aggressive on bestsellers, conservative on niche products.

How it works

01

Configure price sources

Specify the stores and wholesalers you want to monitor. We configure product matching by EAN, SKU or product name.

02

Set repricing rules

Define strategies per category - undercutting competitors, matching prices or premium pricing. Each rule has a margin threshold.

03

Review proposed changes

The system shows which prices need changing and why. Approve in bulk or one by one - you decide.

04

Publish and monitor

New prices reach sales channels via API. The dashboard shows results - margin change, price position and sales impact.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequency depends on your plan and configuration. By default we monitor prices once daily, on higher plans more frequently. Data is available in the dashboard right after each update.
Not below your set thresholds. Every repricing rule has a minimum margin - the system will not go lower. If a rule cannot be fulfilled without violating the margin, the system waits for your decision.
Price Engine is a complete pricing platform - repricing is one of its features. You get price lists, promotions, trade conditions, analytics and integrations in one package. No need for a separate tool for each task.
Yes. You can run rules in simulation mode - the system shows how prices would change without actually publishing them. This lets you assess the impact on margins before approval.
